Do you support RTF files?

Currently we support DOC and DOCX formats only. For RTF files, try opening in Word and saving as DOCX first.

What about embedded Excel charts?

Charts that were pasted as images will be extracted. Live embedded Excel charts need to be converted to images first within Word.

Can I process multiple documents?

What if a document won't process?

Try re-saving the document in Word (or LibreOffice) and uploading again. Corrupted files may have issues.
